From start to finish, spacious and clean double room, and really good steak dinner. The local area boasts a charming sea walk and the Dart station is conveniently close.

We got a room with a walk-in shower. The location of the property was great, in a beautiful upscale residential neighborhood.

Super lekker brekkie with the full Irish spread! Staff were so friendly. The room was pristine, loved the shower pressure and comfy bed. Got a great night's sleep for sure!

Parking was a bit of a mission, but managed in the end.

Immaculate room overall, with all the required amenities. Bonus point for central heating, an iron and an electronic key card. Location near to bar/restaurant and breakfast, the outskirts of Dublin and Close to the DART train station which made travel to Dublin.

Luxurious rainfall shower!

During my stay, the clean, comfortable double room featured a fabulous shower and a Nespresso machine. Breakfast options delighted me with fresh selections, like homemade granola. The staff stood out with their helpfulness, making my stay enjoyable despite a bit of parking hassle.

Had an very nice breakfast, freshly made coffee and homemade granola, just like that. The staff were all local, really friendly, was like friends by the time we left, .

It wasn't budget-friendly, but worth it for the experience.

The chic room decor was excellent, but the noise from adjacent rooms disturbed my sleep.

I stayed for one night in a Superior Triple Room. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, but noise from the bar below made it difficult to rest completely. While the breakfast was delicious, the parking situation was challenging due to competition from local patrons. It was a pleasant stay but could benefit from improved soundproofing and parking management.

The shower setup left a lot to be desired-no curtain led to cold drafts, and I ended up with a flooded bathroom floor after just a normal rinse. I found weekends a bit too noisy. The bar's patrons seemed to shake the walls. Oh, and parking was a frustrating ordeal, jockeying for space among bar guests didn't.

The quality of the meals was fantastic, especially the full Irish breakfast with homemade items that gave us a good start to the day. We also appreciated the convenience of using the Dart to reach the city center quickly, but the parking situation could benefit from some improvement.

A bit of a faff getting a room key that worked, and the kitchen was closed when I fancied a snack, leaving me to hunt for grub outside. Chairs stacked in the hallway was like a mini obstacle course.
